 At the heart of kinesiology is the study of human movement and its impact on health, performance, and overall well-being. Our department is committed to fostering an environment of academic excellence, research innovation, and community engagement. We aim to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experiences needed to thrive in careers across a broad range of fields including, but not limited to, physical therapy, sports medicine, exercise science, teaching, coaching, and strength and conditioning.

 As a department, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Our students engage in hands-on learning, clinical and fieldwork experiences, research, and internships that provide real-world perspectives on the application of kinesiology principles.
